Sure they do, but it isn’t the state thats really the determining factor, it’s the providers you’ll find in varying states. Most providers ask for your zip code if you are looking to get a quote online to help you determine if there is insurance available in your area. I just read that in addition to all the states below, Trupanion just added Nevada to their list of state where pet health insurance is available. I’m sure this is happening with a lot of insurers as they are growing.

With that said, I wouldn’t worry so much about the status of your state with a certain provider if you have one in mind, as much as I would on finding one that comfortable meets your requirements, and the conditions in which your pet will be spending its life in.
